Q: I know I need a website but I'm not sure where to start. What is the process?

A: B2BThrive considers itself a one-stop shop for businesses of all levels. This includes newbies! We have a very simple process we follow for new website projects. Check it out HERE.

Q: Give me numbers, what will a website cost me?

A: The cost of a website is determined by looking at a variety factors. Do you need specialized functionality? Are you looking for something completely unique? Or are you interested in utilizing a content management system? Are you interested in a package? Our website projects generally start in the $1250 range for basic sites and range upward depending on your unique needs.

Q: How does the payment process work?

A: B2BThrive requires a 50% deposit to start and the 50% balance during the final review of your new site. Additional costs may be incurred while working on your project however B2BThrive promises to discuss any additional costs with you before moving forward. No surprises.

Q: Are you able to service my business?

A: We service everyone from small start-ups, large corporations, nonprofits, Business to business and business to customer, and across many business industries including technology, food, apparel, health and beauty, camps, travel, finance, arts, fair trade, and more!

Q: Can you help me update my existing website?

A: Absolutely! B2BThrive is here to assist in any way we can! We will take the time to look at your websites back end then send you a proposal for service. We also offer website maintenance packages, however those services are for sites that we have created in-house.

Q: Can you maintain my website?

A: YES! B2BThrive offers several website maintenance packages. Check out our options HERE.

Q: Can you help me write content for my website?

A: We include copy writing and editing in all of our proposals. It is not a requirement to include copywriting, however, the professional copy is encouraged. We also build your sitemap and help structure the foundation of your website in the planning stages.

Q: Can you help me with photos and videos for my website?

A: Every website we design comes with a select amount of stock photos that have been licensed for use.  Licensing is important to B2BThrive. We also have photographers and videographers available to produce custom photography and videos for your website for an additional fee.

HOSTING FAQ

Q: How much is hosting with B2BThrive?

A: Our web hosting starts at $125 per year. This price is more affordable than the majority of our competitors. Our servers are monitored 24/7 and boast a 99.9% uptime. This hosting option provides email accounts, forwarding, domain name parking , website builders, content management system installation, free plugins and more!

Q: How is my website backed up?

A: B2BThrive has several al-a-carte options for routine website backup. It is also included in maintenance packages. Backup does not include your email account. Ask your B2BThrive sales associate for details.

Q: Can you deliver a full copy/backup of our site?

A: Yes! B2BThrive will provide a one-time full backup of your website at no cost! If additional backups are needed there is a minimal cost of generally $75 for 30 minutes of labor.

Q: Is my hosting fee refundable?

A: Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on our web hosting accounts.
