Job Descriptions
A web designer’s job duties cover all aspects of creating a website. B2BThrive Sales Department handles meeting with clients and assessing their needs. Our web designers help create and maintain the product. Their duties include, but aren’t limited to, the following:
- Writing and editing content
- Designing webpage layout
- Determining technical requirements
- Updating websites
- Creating back up files
- Solving code problems
- Animation
- Minor Video & Audio Editing
A high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required and will be assessed. Basic knowledge of and experience with the WordPress platform and theme development is a plus. Candidates should be self motivated, reliable, stable, timely and prize efficiency.
This position is contract based. Web Designers must submit a w-9 form and are responsible for their own taxes, equipment, software etc. B2BThrive resources may not be utilized for private contracts or independent jobs.

B2BThrive is looking for an outstanding Web Developer to be responsible for the coding, innovative design and layout of websites and mobile application. You will build websites from concept all the way to completion.
Responsibilities
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
- Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
- Create and maintain software documentation
- Be responsibile for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site
- Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
- Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent
Requirements
- Proven working experience in web programming
- Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
- Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, Javascript or Ruby on Rails
- A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
- Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development
- Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools
- Basic knowledge of S.E.O.
- Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
We are looking for a creative graphic designer with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our clients needs and to design solutions with high visual impact. You will work on a variety of products, including web graphics, books, magazines, product packaging, logos, exhibitions, corporate identity etc. and you will cooperate with B2BThrive’s Sales Team.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to requirements and clients needs
- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
- Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas via mock up templates
- Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval
- Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, sales executives etc.
Requirements
- Proven graphic designing experience
- Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
- Excellent communication skills
- Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop etc)
- Highly proficient in all design aspects
- Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines

We are looking for a results driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through to close. The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals and meet clients expectations.

Requirements
