About a year ago, B2BThrive created a program called CODE which stands for the Center of Development and Excellence. The purpose of CODE is to focus in on the importance of small business owners developing as business owners, leaders and overall professionals.
With the development and growth of other areas in our business, we haven’t pushed this aspect of our organization as much as we should, so let me update you on what to expect from CODE over the next year beginning in October 2015:
Workshops – What we have found is that small business owners are often great at what they do, but lack skills in other key areas that can help them establish credibility, build their network, keep organized, and monitor the overall growth of their establishment. To answer this need, we will run workshops each month. These workshops are short 1-2 hour trainings on a variety of soft skill topics. These workshops are very affordable and combined, will help build some basic skill sets that are often missing to manage and grow a business.

Coaching – We offer both group and individual coaching programs to help you get on the track that’s best for you. Coaching is a bit different from consulting in that consulting gives you answers and coaching is a guided process to help you reach your own answers, provides some tools to help you get there and an accountability system to keep you on track.
Our first group coaching session will roll out in Jan 2016, but individual coaching is available now.
Tips and Tricks – We have an informative blog and videos to help you with other skills. These are here to provide some brief answers to commonly asked questions or issues we can help address. We strongly encourage comments, feedback and questions on these platforms so we can be sure to get you the information you need.
